I cannot thank Martin enough. His simple but effective exercise plans have made a huge difference to both an issue with a cervical disc bulge and a painful rotator cuff injury with frozen shoulder. I then suffered nerve entrapment in my lower back resulting in excruciating pain down my left leg. Whilst waiting for treatment Martin gave me a gentle exercise plan but also a manipulation which released my left leg. Over the next few days pain levels reduced more than 50%! Such a relief! His knowledge and understanding of how to help the body heal itself is amazing. On top of that he is a great guy! We always have a laugh and I leave fully motivated and positive with a short fully personalised programme of exercises. I want to be fully active for as long as I can so I shall continue seeing Martin to help me be the best I can be!
