Everyone’s fitness journey looks different, which is why I offer a variety of training options to suit your lifestyle, goals, and preferences. Whether you’re looking for one-to-one support, want to share the journey with a friend, train alongside your child, or even get the whole family moving together—I’ll make sure your sessions are effective, enjoyable, and tailored to you. And if you’d prefer the flexibility of working from a plan at home or in the gym, I’ve got you covered there too.

One-to-One Personal Training.

If you’re motivated, focused, and ready to make real changes, one-to-one training is perfect for you. These sessions are tailored entirely around your needs, whether you want to improve fitness, lose weight, build strength, or work on specific goals. With my full attention and support, you’ll stay on track and progress at your own pace.

Partnered Training (Train with a Friend).

Training with a partner can be a fantastic way to stay motivated and accountable. If you and a friend (or family member) are working towards similar fitness goals, partnered sessions are ideal. Don’t worry if you have different abilities, injuries, or barriers—your workouts will still be adapted individually so you both get the most from every session. Plus, sharing the journey makes it more fun! Parent & Child Training This is where fitness becomes a shared experience.

Parent & Child sessions.

These are a brilliant way to stay active together while building healthy habits for the future. I’m a big believer in the idea that behaviour breeds behaviour—and leading by example is one of the best gifts you can give your child. I can safely train children from 8 years old (with an accompanying adult 18+), making these sessions fun, safe, and inspiring for the whole family.

Family Training Sessions

My family training sessions are designed so parents, children, and even teens can get active together in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you want to improve health, boost energy, or simply enjoy quality time while exercising, these sessions are a brilliant way to bond as a family. Workouts are adapted for different ages and abilities, so everyone feels included, challenged, and successful.

Home or Gym Training Plans.

Not everyone needs regular in-person sessions. Sometimes, you just need the right plan and guidance to move forward with confidence. I offer personalised training plans designed for either the gym or your home workouts. These can be reviewed and updated monthly (or every 6 weeks), ensuring your progress continues as your body adapts. With expert support, you’ll know exactly what to do and avoid common mistakes that hold people back.
