Find the right training style for you

Every person — and every family — approaches fitness differently. That’s why I offer a range of personal training options designed to fit around real life, not fight against it.

Whether you’re looking for focused one-to-one coaching, want to train with a friend, stay active alongside your child, or bring the whole family together, I’ll make sure your training is structured, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable. And if you prefer the flexibility of training independently, I also provide personalised home and gym training plans with expert guidance.

All sessions are delivered from my private personal training studio near Hove Station, supporting individuals and families across Brighton & Hove.

One-to-One Personal Training

If you’re ready to take your health and fitness seriously, one-to-one personal training offers the highest level of support and accountability.

Every session is built entirely around you — your goals, your body, and your lifestyle. Whether your focus is fat loss, strength, confidence, energy, or long-term health, you’ll have my full attention to ensure you progress safely and consistently.

This option is ideal if you value structure, expert coaching, and a calm, private environment where you can focus on yourself.

Partnered Training (Train with a Friend)

Training with a friend or family member can be a powerful way to stay consistent and motivated.

Partnered personal training allows you to share the journey while still receiving coaching tailored to your individual needs. Even if your abilities, injuries, or goals differ, sessions are adapted so you both benefit fully.

This is a great option if you want accountability, encouragement, and a more social approach to training.

Parent & Child Personal Training

Parent & Child training is one of the most effective ways to improve fitness while creating lasting habits at home.

These sessions allow you to train alongside your child while showing them, first-hand, that exercise is a positive and normal part of life. I firmly believe that behaviour breeds behaviour — and leading by example is one of the greatest influences a parent can have.

Children can be trained safely from 8 years old (with an accompanying adult aged 18+). Sessions are engaging, confidence-building, and designed to support both parent and child.

Family Training Sessions

Family training sessions are built for parents, children, and teens who want to improve their health together.

Sessions focus on movement, energy, and connection — helping families build stronger habits while spending quality time together. Workouts are adapted for different ages and abilities, ensuring everyone feels included, capable, and supported.

This is a brilliant option if you want fitness to become part of family life, rather than another task on the to-do list.

Home or Gym Training Plans

If you prefer to train independently but want clarity and structure, I offer personalised home or gym-based training plans.

Plans are tailored to your goals, experience, and available equipment, and can be reviewed every 4–6 weeks to keep progress moving in the right direction. You’ll know exactly what to do, how to do it properly, and how to avoid the common pitfalls that slow people down.

The Family Fitness Club (Online Community)

For parents who want to take their family’s health beyond the gym, I also run The Family Fitness Club — a private online community designed specifically for family-focused training and lifestyle habits.

This space supports parents who are training with their children, or who want to create a healthier home environment through better routines, movement habits, and positive role modelling. It’s not about extreme workouts or perfection — it’s about consistency, education, and making fitness part of everyday family life.

The Family Fitness Club works perfectly alongside Parent & Child and Family Training Sessions, and is ideal for families who want extra support, guidance, and connection outside of in-person sessions.
