Here’s what to expect...

Every human body is unique – and that means exercise shouldn’t be a one-size-fits-all programme. Just like a doctor prescribes medication based on your individual needs, I believe movement should be prescribed with the same care and attention.

There’s no single path to better health – but together, we’ll find yours.

Step 1: The Initial Assessment (60 mins)

We’ll sit down together and go through a medical declaration form and a lifestyle questionnaire. You’ll share your goals, past experiences, and any concerns – this is your space to talk and my job to listen. We build trust from day one.

Step 2: The Observation Session (60 mins)

This is where I get a clear picture of how your body moves. Through a range of movement patterns and basic functional tasks, I observe how your muscles work, where imbalances lie, and what your body is telling us. I take notes – lots of them – and use this to build a plan tailored to you.

Step 3: Your Coaching Session (60 mins)

Now we begin. I walk you through a programme created specifically for your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. We discuss potential barriers (time, energy, confidence – whatever’s real for you) and start breaking them down together. We finish with a clear plan of action.

After the first three sessions, we’ll regroup, reflect, and decide what comes next – based on your path, your budget, and the level of support you need.

This is a collaboration – you bring the commitment, I bring the guidance, experience, and accountability.
