Training Investment

Investing in your health — and your family’s — is one of the most valuable decisions you can make.

My pricing reflects over 20 years’ experience, a private personal training studio near Hove Station, and a calm, supportive coaching style focused on long-term results rather than quick fixes. All training is personalised, structured, and delivered with care — whether you’re training on your own, with a partner, or as a family.

Below you’ll find clear starting points to help you decide what feels right for you.

Single Sessions

(Pay-As-You-Go)

Single sessions are ideal if you’re looking for flexibility, want to get started without commitment, or need occasional coaching support.

30 minutes

  • One-to-One – £30

  • Partnered – £40

60 minutes

  • One-to-One – £50

  • Partnered – £70

One-to-One Personal Training

(Single Membership – Paid Monthly)

Designed for individuals who want consistency, structure, and accountability in a private setting.

  • 30 minutes per week – £120 per month

  • 60 minutes per week – £200 per month

  • 2 hours per week – £360 per month

This option suits those who value regular coaching, personal attention, and a steady, sustainable approach to improving health, strength, and confidence.

Partnered Personal Training

(Membership Split Between Two & Paid Monthly)

Train with a friend or family member while still receiving coaching tailored to each of you individually.

  • 30 minutes per week – £200 per month (split between two)

  • 60 minutes per week – £280 per month (split between two)

  • 2 hours per week – £520 per month (split between two)

A great option for shared accountability, motivation, and consistency — without losing the benefits of personalised coaching.

Parent & Child Training

Parent & Child sessions are designed to help families build healthy habits together while keeping training safe, positive, and age-appropriate.

The base session cost covers the adult. Additional children are added depending on age, allowing families to train together without turning sessions into adult-style workouts for kids.

Adult :

  • 30 minutes – £25

  • 60 minutes – £45

Additional children (per session):

  • Ages 8–10 – Free

  • Ages 11–13 – £5

  • Ages 14–17 – £10

These sessions focus on connection, confidence, and leading by example — helping children see movement as a normal, positive part of life.

Family Training Sessions

Family training sessions are ideal for households who want to train together regularly in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Sessions are adapted so parents, children, and teens can all take part at a level that feels appropriate and achievable, regardless of age or ability.

  • Maximum of 5 people in the studio at one time

  • Children aged 0–8 years are welcome as observers only

Pricing follows the same structure as Parent & Child Training, depending on session length and number of participants.

Home or Gym Training Plans

For those who prefer to train independently but want clear direction and professional guidance.

  • Personalised plans built around your goals, schedule, and available equipment

  • Reviews available every 4–6 weeks to ensure continued progress

Pricing discussed individually based on requirements.

The Family Fitness Club

(Optional – Family-Focused Only)

The Family Fitness Club is a private online community designed specifically to support parents and families who want to build healthier routines at home.

This is not a general PT support group. It’s aimed at families who:

  • Train together

  • Want guidance around habits and consistency

  • Value education and positive role modelling

The community works particularly well alongside Parent & Child and Family Training Sessions, offering extra support beyond the studio.

Why Membership?

Why do you offer memberships instead of pay-as-you-go only?

Because consistency is where real progress happens.

Memberships create structure, accountability, and momentum — which is especially important for busy adults and families juggling work, school, and home life. Rather than constantly re-starting, a membership allows us to build habits, progress safely, and adapt training as your needs change.

Pay-as-you-go sessions are available, but memberships deliver the best long-term results.

What are the benefits of being on a membership?

A membership gives you:

  • A guaranteed weekly training slot

  • Consistent coaching and progression

  • Training that adapts as your body and lifestyle change

  • Better value compared to single sessions

  • A calmer, more committed approach to improving health

For families, it also creates routine — which is key to building healthy habits at home.

Can I change my membership if my circumstances change?

Yes.

Life isn’t static, especially for parents. If your schedule, availability, or goals change, we can review and adjust your membership so it continues to fit your life.

Open communication is always encouraged.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Memberships are designed to encourage commitment to the process, not to trap you into something unsuitable.

During our initial conversation, we’ll discuss what level of commitment makes sense for you, so expectations are clear from the start.

Why are memberships paid monthly?

Monthly payments keep things simple and predictable.

They allow you to budget easily, secure your training time, and focus on consistency rather than session-by-session decisions. It also ensures I can limit numbers and provide a high-quality, personalised service to every client.

Are memberships suitable for beginners?

Absolutely.

In fact, memberships are often best for beginners. Regular coaching helps you learn proper technique, build confidence, and avoid common mistakes that lead to injury or frustration.

Everything is scaled to your starting point — no pressure, no judgement.

Do family memberships work differently?

Family and Parent & Child training follows the same principles as individual memberships — consistency, structure, and long-term thinking.

Sessions are adapted for different ages and abilities, and pricing is structured to make family training accessible while keeping sessions safe and manageable.

What if I’m not sure which option is right for me?

That’s completely normal.

You don’t need to decide everything upfront. A simple conversation is usually enough to work out the most suitable option based on your goals, schedule, and family setup.

Final reassurance

Memberships aren’t about locking you in — they’re about giving you the best chance of success.

If you’re looking for quick fixes, they probably won’t suit you.
If you’re looking for steady progress, confidence, and habits that last, they usually work very well.
